You must notify dfkaya immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. dfkaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where fraudulent activity, identity theft, or security compromise is suspected.
dfkaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through a range of Malaysian-supported payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency payments including USDT and Bitcoin are also supported. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.
dfkaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited at dfkaya's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be processed for withdrawal.
